About me
Hi! I’m Léa, an MBA candidate at Chicago Booth and ex-software engineer. I’ve always had a love for desserts, and after being diagnosed with multiple food intolerances, I decided to take matters into my own hands! Through lots of trial and error, I have learned to make delicious desserts free of dairy and gluten. I also love experimenting with Lebanese, French, American, and East Asian flavors to create beautiful, delicate desserts!
